Cancellation and Refund Policy
At AlpKid Capital Private Limited, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, if there is a need to cancel a service or request a refund, we have outlined the conditions and processes below. Please read them carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation of services under the following conditions:
- Requests for cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to our customer support at support@alpkid.com.
- Cancellations are only allowed before the service is rendered. Once the service has started or been delivered, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
- For subscription-based services, you may cancel the subscription within the first 7 days of signing up for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will be accepted, but refunds will not be provided for the remaining subscription period.
- Cancellation requests for one-time payments or consultancy services must be submitted at least 48 hours before the service is scheduled to begin.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- If a cancellation request is approved before the service begins, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- If the cancellation request is made after the service has begun, no refunds will be issued.
- In case of any technical error on our side that prevents us from providing the service, you will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the cancellation timing.
Non-Refundable Services
The following types of services are non-refundable:
- Digital services or consultancy services that have already been delivered or are in progress.
- Subscription services that have passed the initial 7-day cancellation window.
- Custom services or special requests made specifically for the client.
Refund Process
Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If there are any delays, you may contact our support team at support@alpkid.com.
